This is my first attempt at a space scene. The objective was to start the drawing with pencil, scan it, and then digitally finish it in colour. It will be my first time doing all of the above.
So far, I’ve just finished sketching the scene with the obvious shadows with a single light source. But I might add some more background details like a nebula or a surface colony. The space station doesn’t look right. Everything you see was drawn without any direct references sitting in front of me, so , I might have to look at some pictures of space stations to create my own and add a few more ships in the background.
